Main Duties Include:

 

- Supervise service team, floor and café area

- Maintain high standards of service, coffee presentation and practice with the coffee machine.

- Meeting and controlling customer expectations

- Up sale to customers through puddings, coffee and general extras

- Control of food orders and smooth running of customer orders and smooth transition from kitchen to table

- Completing all open and closing sheets

- Manage table bookings and large parties/groups

- Making sure all staff know of menu changes before service, soup, daily specials etc.

- Good knowledge of menu and local source ingredients to pass onto customers
