Requirements of a care assistant:
• HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AND FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
• Prior experience is preferable but not essential as training will be
provided
• Completed or working towards N.V.Q Level 2 Health and Social Care
• The ability to use initiative in any given circumstance
• Capability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities of Care Assistant Are as follows:
• Assist/Provide with Personal Care and domestic duties
• Provide Dietary care and support
• To Liaise with management and report any concerns relating to the
health of our patients
• To participate in service meetings and work together to consistently
aim to improve services
• Personal care for the residents including dressing, washing, bathing
and using toilet facilities
• Assisting at meal times
• To maintain accurate notes and records and to handover information on
shift change over
