One of our social housing clients are looking for a Repairs maintenance administrator with scheduling knowledge if possible to join their team based in Leatherhead - Surrey on a permanent basis This role is working with a small team within the repairs and maintenance team in the social housing sector and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to Tenants at all times. You will ideally have a knowledge of the sector. responsibilities: -Provide administrative support to Housing Services team -Updating publicity material and tenant information, coding invoices, dealing with post, completing weekly absence leave returns, recording leave booked Ordering stationary supplies, maintaining printers & fax machines -Maintain and update Housing Officer duty rota Liaise with external agencies including social services, care providers etc. -Prepare tenancy agreements, support agreements and housing benefit applications -Call handling. Key Skills/Requirements: -Experience of working within housing, social work or care related field Previous experience of working within a Housing Administrative role Excellent IT and communication skills -Administration and data entry. -Utilising all aspects of Outlook and maintaining records on our clients in house data base- Excel may also be included. -Running reports on open jobs, closed jobs and follow up jobs for operatives. You will ideally be fully computer literate and be able to work within set time frames against set deadlines. Repairs and maintenance experience is highly advantageous. This role is temporary ongoing role offering up to 40 hours per week 8am - 5pm (Hours are non-negotiable) on an end salary of up to £21K- £23K PA.
