Here are Watkin Jones we have an exciting opportunity for a Reward and Benefit Analyst to join our People Team. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you'll be responsible for supporting on the annual pay and bonus review, ensuring we offer a comprehensive employee benefit portfolio, maintaining a clear People MI dashboard and supporting the maintenance of our HR system, Cascade. About you You will have previous experience in an analyst role ideally within a People Function or have worked closely with HR on various reward and benefit projects. You'll need to be able to demonstrate a robust business analysis skill set, with experience of producing accurate data analysis and reports for external stakeholders, along with advanced MS excel skills, using pivot tables and lookups daily and show a confidence in using modern business information tools.
