Between 25-30 hours On site parking 26 days hols plus banks pro rata Job role: Generate purchase orders and process purchase invoices in preparation for payments Record receipts from both onsite and online sales in accounts. Raise sales invoices, process payments received, and chase outstanding debts. Operate the petty cash system. Process claims for expenses. Process purchases made using company credit cards. Manage utility bills for empty properties. Assist the Finance Officer to ensure accurate and timely information is produced. Person spec: · Sage exp would be an advantage · Experience working within a similar role
