Due to a restructure, Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking to appoint a brand new HR Services Lead - this a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to head up our HR Services Team.

The role is based in Trowbridge with occasional travel across our 4 campuses which are dotted around the beautiful county of Wiltshire (although at present, we are like many others are working from home).

About You

If you have previous experience of driving efficiencies through HR processes and systems and have a passion for outstanding customer focussed delivery, then please read on!

The successful candidate will head up a small team who are responsible for a range of HR administration activities spanning the full employee lifecycle, as well as all workforce information reporting and associated systems.

We are looking for someone who can bring credible leadership to the team and partner with the wider HR team and our managers. Someone who is solutions focussed, driven and adaptable as every day will be different.

About Us

Our HR department is one of the dedicated professional services teams that supports the college across our Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham and Salisbury campuses. The HR Team is going through a small restructure and we have created some new HR positions as a result. You will be joining us at an exciting time and will be able to bring your skills and experience to a passionate and skilled HR team. The HR team is part of our amazing wider professional services support structure at the college.

The college is home to 13,000 students and we offer a diverse range of apprenticeships as well as a full suite of full-time vocational courses and higher education courses. At University level we offer HNCs, HNDs, Foundation Degrees and Full Honours Degrees.
