Variable Hours, Fixed Term post until 31 March 2021

We are looking for a skilled individual to deliver highly effective Administration and Management Information Services at a busy college campus. The role is varied and key duties will include student enrolment, maintaining accurate student records, answering queries, exam invigilation, inputting room bookings, and providing our curriculum, management and leadership team with effective administrative support. No two days will be the same.

The ideal candidate will be organised, have a positive attitude and approach to work, be good at problem solving, have good IT and customer service skills and thrive in a busy and varied role. Familiarity with MIS and the Further Education sector would be an advantage.

We are paying all of our employees (regardless of length of service) full pay should they develop coronavirus symptoms/where the illness is confirmed. This will be in line with our current scheme, equivalent to our employees with 4 to 12 months of service.
