Reporting to the Dealer Funding Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Dealer Funding Team.
They will be a key member of the team supporting the Analysts with administrative duties including preparing documentation for review, ensuring that credit review packs are in a good state as well as a number of other tasks
The Dealer Funding Team provide lending to small and medium size motor dealerships across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
This role is highly service driven and the successful candidate will be required to prioritise, have excellent communication skills and will be self-motivated.
Creating and checking legal documentation using pre-agreed templates
Review audit reports of vehicles and escalate issues where needed
Administer the APAK system to ensure that the right levels of credit are provided
Review credit papers prior to passing for underwriting to ensure that the correct documentation has been received
Answer general enquiries from both internal and external customers via telephone and email
Administer pay out of new dealer funding facilities
Risk & Compliance- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
