About the role:
We are looking for an innovative, collaborative and decisive Technical Delivery Manager / Scrum Master who will be responsible for up to two Scrum Teams supporting those teams in the delivery of a significant e-Commerce backlog using Agile and iterative Development Methodologies. In addition you will have oversight and own the overarching e-Commerce technical projects within your assigned area of which your Scrum teams will form part.
This exciting role is heavy on collaboration with third parties, stakeholders, customers and users as well as other technical and business departments.
You will be entering a very diverse technology team that is 50/50 female/male from differing cultural and ethnical backgrounds. We work with stakeholders, organisations and customers from around the globe.
This is an important and visible role within both Technology and the wider business, focussing on the organisations strategic e-Commerce solutions as part of our organisations overall strategy.

You will have considerable project/programme/ experience within the technical domain, of which some should have been in an agile environment. Additionally you will have experience in the role of Scrum Master, having delivered agile based technical solutions to stakeholders / customers.
You will have good technical knowledge and background, comfortable working across many different stakeholders and teams toward a common delivery of new software and service capabilities.
You will be collaborative, have great stakeholder management, well able to talk to both technical and business colleagues inside and outside the business. You will have an attention to detail know how to write succinct reports, risks and issues.
You will have experience and preferably qualifications in agile, having managed multiple agile teams and possibly mixed agile and waterfall teams. You will know how to motivate individuals and teams across the matrix while holding teams to account for their part in the delivery.
Experience of e-Commerce is desirable either in a B2C or B2B environment. Experience of Project / Programme Management in an agile environment and experience of the role of Scrum Master for agile teams is highly desirable.
