An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Curriculum Manager in the Faculty of ESOL Young and Maths, to manage ESOL Young, Maths & English Young and Elective Home Education, including the day-to-day development of the curriculum portfolio, ensuring it is consistent with College Plans.
The successful post holder will be required to lead, motivate, develop and manage curriculum teams taking responsibility for performance management, personal development and target setting for individuals. To be able to utilise staff resources and maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Having worked in a similar role or ready for your next step into Middle Management, you will bring a motivational, target driven approach and drive, to build dynamic and successful teams.
The role also involves teaching delivery hours.
This is a full time position based at Lewisham college starting from 1 August 2020.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified to a degree level or equivalent in the subject area, and be a fully qualified teacher with demonstrable experience working within higher education. A management qualification will be an advantage, though not essential.
