John Whitgift Foundation is a registered charity which has been based in Croydon for over 400 years. Committed to serving our local community we provide education to the young through our schools and care to the elderly through our care homes and sheltered living accommodation, making the QACM an integral part of the John Whitgift community.
With our two care homes currently rated as Good in all areas, we are passionate about delivering good quality care to our residents, excellent customer service and exceeding compliance standards. As part of our care strategy led by the Director of Care, this new post will develop and implement a quality assurance strategy to ensure a robust clinical governance framework is in place across our care services, driving quality and facilitating continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered nurse, with an in depth understanding of integrated and clinical governance within a healthcare or social care environment and demonstrable experience of managing complex safeguarding issues, working closely with local authorities, and complaints management and resolution.
