We are looking internally for a Service Manager who will be responsible for the local authority commissioned advocacy and IV services for various services in South Wales. This will include some independent services to other providers as well as providing management and support of staff delivering these services. You will need to have experience in this area. The successful candidate will also be expected to support new services in the surrounding areas.
You must have a relevant professional qualification and have substantial proven practice experience in delivering direct work to children, young people and vulnerable adults in a social care setting. You must also have considerable experience of the supervision of staff/volunteers.
