This is a new addition to the payroll team and we are looking to appoint someone with a passion and interest in “all matters payroll” who has curiosity to enhance and improve systems that will benefit the payroll service to approximately 700 staff/Board members across the Group.
We are looking for an Officer who will bring a positive contribution and great people skills to this new position.
The post would typically be based out of our head office; nevertheless, as we are operating in unprecedented times, due to COVID 19, the safety of our staff is paramount. As such, as with the recruitment process, induction will involve a high degree of virtual interaction and strict social distancing will apply. Flexible working arrangements with appropriate equipment and support will be provided as necessary.

As part of a busy team, generating 4 payrolls each month with varying degrees of complexity, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of payroll, pensions and benefits tasks as well as involvement in projects.
You will ensure accurate processing and collaboration with colleagues that results in deadlines being met and positive outcomes achieved. You will want to improve systems and processes to drive efficiency and to provide a great service to the rest of the Group.
