About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Content Developer to join our busy Marketing Department in Runcorn.
Reporting into the Brand Development & Channel Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing communication planning, copy and content creation and management for all existing business propositions to ensure effective implementation and uptake of products and services.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will ensure brand guidelines are followed on all external facing communications, including DM, OOH, press, local marketing, print magazines, leaflets, social media, web and others as required.
Liaison with all group functions, acting as a business partner for marketing support requests, gathering all requirements and ensuring the activity sits within the overall trade plan prior use across B2B and B2C channels.
Who We Want: It would be preferable but not essential for you to have an understanding of community pharmacy, dispensing doctors, hospitals, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. With strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, you will be able to demonstrate adding value through content development activity and process improvement. A keen eye and attention to detail is essential
