Petrus is now recruiting a Supported Housing Service Manager to work with our Petrus team in Rochdale.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a number of supported housing projects. They will be leading the Service Delivery team ensuring the attainment of appropriate service performance standards within Petrus. The post holder will ensure services provided to service users by project staff and volunteers, partner agencies and other services within Petrus meet all the service standards and attain all set targets. Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service delivery and improvement.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude to approaching new challenges and improving service delivery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in this sector and extensive knowledge of issues facing homeless people, welfare benefits and tenancy sustainment.
