We are looking to recruit a conscientious and customer focused administrator to join our property services team.
The role will be within the compliance team who deal with landlord regulatory requirements, which include gas servicing, heating servicing, void property works, asbestos surveying, legionella testing, fire risk assessments, lift servicing and many other areas.
The tasks associated with these will require you to have:
A keen eye for detail and understand the importance of accuracy,
Carry out tenant liaison/internal and external customer liaison.
An ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to achieve targets and deadlines,
A willingness to exercise initiative within this busy and fast paced department,
Enthusiasm as a team player who can work closely with surveyors, other teams and contractors to ensure programmes run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure that the data in our housing management system/asset database is correct,
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
What we need
Ideally you will have experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and time management skills and most importantly has a friendly telephone manner.
