What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will be joining Golding Homes at a brilliant time as we ignite our Project Management Office and Transformation Journey.

The Programme Management Officer will be knowledgeable on the project management lifecycle and have experience in supporting colleagues around new ways of working.

You will be supporting the PMO Lead with the delivery of the communication plan for the PMO team. You will be monitoring risk logs and preparing monthly reporting of the portfolio, ensuring all documentation for projects is accurate, guiding the business through the use of our suite of tools.

You will work with the Transformation team, supporting them in the delivery of key projects required by stakeholders.

We're looking for a passionate, proactive and professional individual to join the PMO and Transformation team.

This role requires high level planning skills, excellent time management and attention to detail and a forward-thinking individual. You will be confident in manipulating data and producing engaging reports. You will seek to identify and implement ongoing improvements to our suite of tools on an ongoing basis and you will be adept at communicating with stakeholders of all levels.

The successful candidate will have a solution focused mindset with an understanding of the importance of compliance. They will be a team player who will be eager to help and support the team, and committed to their own personal development.

Knowledge or qualifications in Prince2, Agile/Lean/Six Sigma is desirable but not essential.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary circa £30,000 per annum (Grade 5 of our pay scale) dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.

Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working.
