We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recovery Worker to join our East Kent Community Service.
In this role you will be given the opportunity to support the Recovery Team in improving peoples lives and making a positive contribution to their future.

What you will be doing?
You will be part of an integrated healthcare framework to provide support to drug and alcohol users aged 18 and over. The service delivers client centred treatment using both harm reduction and abstinence based approaches depending on the requirement of the individual client.
What we are looking for?
To take up this fantastic opportunity you will have experience of supporting people with addiction issues including need and risk assessing and care planning. You will have strong administration skills, knowledge of different recovery models and of facilitating groups and be committed to the vision and mission of The Forward Trust.
The successful candidate will be results and outcome-orientated with experience of working within the substance misuse services.
