Can you juggle multiple priorities while keeping your cool? Would you relish using your outstanding administrative skills to benefit vulnerable young people?

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.

You will be based at our custom-designed premises at Abingdon College where we provide specialist bespoke education. We work with young people aged 16 to 25 who have a learning disability or autism, and who are not best-served by a traditional educational approach.

You'll work in a truly inspirational environment, knowing what you do has real value. On a day-to-day basis, you will play a key role supporting the recruitment of new staff, providing an administrative service to the management team, arranging meetings and training, ensuring regulatory and education records are kept, and all the 101 other tasks needed in a busy office.

You must be an experienced Administrator able to:

Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and, ideally, experience of online databases
Have great attention to detail
Work on your own initiative
Be well organised and able to prioritise
Work well under pressure
Maintain good communication and working relationships with external stakeholders, internal colleagues around the organisation, and the people we support.
