About The Opportunity: We are entering an exciting period of business transformation which will focus heavily on digital growth, automation and integration. To help us with that, we are seeking an experienced HR Systems Transformation Lead to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire.
You will lead on our HR systems transformation workstream, within a broader programme of change, driving and enabling a true self-service culture.
In this exciting new role, you will have an opportunity to shape the way our workforce are supported, engaged and able to deliver against their objectives as effectively as possible and your priorities will be primarily focused on:
Roll out of system enhancements and changes to our HR system - iTrent:
Leading the improvement and roll out of a more modern, intuitive service portal to the MHR system. Enhanced system configuration and user design. Enabling colleagues to interact more readily and easily with HR data, facilitating changes and managing teams. You will shape key HR processes to improve our colleague experience.
Enabling and developing multidisciplinary teams across our HR function
Building the broader HR System team’s capability and confidence
Actively contributing to the leadership of the wider department – modelling the way.
Making effective evidence-based decisions
Use evidence, insights and knowledge to support recommendations, decisions and advice. Carefully considering alternative options, implications and risks of decisions as well as maximising opportunities for connections and integration. Offer sound judgment and generate confidence;
Delivering at pace
Taking responsibility for delivering timely and quality results with focus and drive; identifying upcoming considerations and resolving issues at pace to meet challenging deadlines.
Seeing the bigger picture
Strong strategic and analytical ability combined with excellent judgement, able to ensure your work portfolio evolves to reflect changes that may be required.
