Can you offer this?

As a member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying residential opportunities. These will be within a specified geographical area for development by Watford Community Housing or our commercial arm, Clarendon Living – which also serves several associated joint ventures.

You will work in partnership with the Director of Development to play a key role in the Group. You will contribute to business development, helping us to deliver at a high level and achieve our targets through your excellent leadership, business and professional skills.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have recent relevant experience. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the effective strategic and development partnership working, which continues to be vital in delivering the Group’s goals.
