Care Outreach Workers Ref: LDS/1061

£17,050 per annum(Subject to Pay Review)

Various hours available (Full and Part time opportunities)

Shifts to be worked over 5 days including include evenings, weekends, bank holidays, long shifts and occasional sleep-ins. Sleep ins are in addition to contracted hours.

York & Easingwold

We are looking for Support Workers to provide support to a client who lives in his own tenanted property. The gentleman has autism, epilepsy and can display challenging behaviour on occasion. This role would be enabling him to live as independently as possible and supporting him to access social activities, carry out domestic duties such as cooking, providing occasional assistance with personal care and supporting him to attend voluntary job and local day services.

The shift patterns can be flexible to minimise travelling. Due to the location of the property and the activities this gentleman participates in, candidates will need to have a driving licence and have a vehicle to support the client where required.
