We are looking for a HR Projects Officer 6 month FTC who will support HR administration service for our brand new Birmingham Rehabilitation Hospital in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

You will play a key role in the early hires program, ensuring that the HR on-boarding processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting interviews, employment checks, raising offer letters & contract and inductions.

Configuring all new-starter profiles on HR Systems providing full administrative support to the HR and payroll function for all new-starters/leavers and maintaining current records for all staff (Changes to Contracts, Pay Reviews, Annual Leave, Pension Updates).

Ideally you will have previous HR administration experience, you must be motivated to meet deadlines and display a confident approach with internal and external stakeholders.
