About The Opportunity: We are entering an exciting period of business transformation which will focus heavily on digital growth, automation and integration. To help us with that, we are seeking an experienced ATS Specialist – HR Transformation to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire.
You will lead on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workstream, in which you roll out a brand new recruitment system across the business ensuring recruiting workflows are configured, hiring manager dashboards are developed as well as a multitude of other requirements in making sure we give our candidates and future colleagues the best experience possible.
In this exciting new role, you will have an opportunity to implement and shape the way our future workforce are engaged and deliver against their objectives as effectively as possible, your priorities will be primarily focused on:
Roll out of new ATS:
Leading the implementing the roll out of a more modern, intuitive recruitment system as well as the setup of a career microsite and on boarding module, linking into our current HR / Payroll System. You will shape key new starter processes to improve our colleague experience.
Making effective evidence-based decisions
Use evidence, insights and knowledge to support recommendations, decisions and advice. Carefully considering alternative options, implications and risks of decisions as well as maximising opportunities for connections and integration. Offer sound judgment and generate confidence;
Delivering at pace
Taking responsibility for delivering timely and quality results with focus and drive; identifying upcoming considerations and resolving issues at pace to meet challenging deadlines.
Seeing the bigger picture
Strong strategic and analytical ability combined with excellent judgement, able to ensure your work portfolio evolves to reflect changes that may be required.
