Here at wilko our HR team are looking for a Training Partner to join them based at our Magor distribution centre, with some travel to our Worksop centre on a 12-month FTC.

The Role

As our Training Partner you’ll support the delivery and evaluation of the training plan for the Logistics project. You’ll design the suite of learning and development initiatives including self-study materials, operational training programmes and key development activity within Logistics as an outcome for the project.

Here are just some of the things you’ll be involved in

Deliver a L&D plan that supports the changes.
Manage the site-specific technical training team.
Align all training plans with Health & Safety functions.
Design materials to develop technical skills and support the development of all materials.
Communicate effectively on all training plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of training delivered against expected outcomes.
Align to corporate L&D strategy.
Work alongside the project team and operational teams in implementing and supporting L&D activities.

What we need from you

We need someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training environment. We need this along with:

Knowledge and experience of technical training requirements.
Experience of developing and designing training materials.
Experience of delivering training.
Knowledge and experience of operational training programmes.
Experience of delivering a training agenda along with the activities ideally in a Retail or Supply Chain environment.
