We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Change Lead to join us.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the Operations directorate with a successful delivery of the new target operating model, the service strategy and culture change through process reviews and lean methodology, including training others. You will identify, support and deliver transformation and service improvement activity across the business through:

• Employing process improvement methodologies

• Customer and performance insight

• Application of innovative thinking

With a proven record of successful outcomes, service improvements, measurable successes and cultural change, you’ll have an in-depth understanding of the application of lean methodology and cultural change. You will have previous experience within a similar role and welcome a challenge!

When and where you’ll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £46,000

dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.

Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new

modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of

working. Golding is fully equipped to work from home during these unprecedented times and will continue to operate with flexibility moving forwards.
