Come and work for Paradigm Housing Group in our contact centre to help provide the very best level of customer service. Paradigm Housing Group has a Customer Service Advisor vacancy available in our Repairs team. The role is full time working 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We want to hear from people who are passionate about customer service, possess a strong work ethic and a flexible approach. If successful you’ll be handling a diverse range of enquiries by phone and online. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are desirable. If you don’t have this experience don’t worry we will provide comprehensive on-going training to the right person. As one of our Customer Service Advisors you’ll always be busy dealing with many people throughout the organisation to help customers with housing and repairs related matters. No day is the same and you’ll find the work highly rewarding.
