The PFI Team Assistant will provide administration support to the Private Finance Initative Team and the Technical Services Team.
The post holder will work alongside the PFI Housing Officer and the Performance & Planning Co-ordinator to meet the contractual requirements and obligations. Ensuring services are delivered in a compliant, affordable, efficient and customer-focused way. PFI team colleagues are challenged to deliver an excellent, comprehensive and proactive generic service to all PFI customers and internal and external stakeholders.
The post holder will also provide administrative support and cover across the technical services team directorate including the Performance and Project team, servicing and special projects as required. Cover may be required for extended periods for holiday and other absences and may including working from other offices on occasions.
