We’re looking for an Insight and Engagement Manager to join our team in Birmingham, to support us in delivering excellent services to the community.

Leading on the development and delivery of the Customer Experience strategy, you’ll ensure that we have a range of tools to support us in understanding the needs of tenants and residents across our core communities and across tenure types. We are looking to support a range of opportunities for the involvement and empowerment of our tenants and residents. Further to this you will develop and build relationships with partners, agencies and stakeholders that aid the delivery of a first class Customer Services offer.

Ideally you will have held a similar role with knowledge of approaches to tenant and resident involvement in a social housing environment. Developing and building relationships with partners, agencies and stakeholders will come naturally to you and you’ll have the ability to present information orally and in writing to colleagues, e.g. team meetings/briefings or internal training/information sessions.
