amica24 is seeking to appoint a Business Administration Officer for our Technology Enabled Care Service, based in Kidderminster.

We provide a range of services to older and vulnerable people 24 hours a day through Contact Centre. Using the latest call handling software our operators provide a lifeline to people and help them to live safely and independently in their own homes for longer. Our centre also provides a range of call handling services to other organisations ensuring a varied and challenging role.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated administrator to join our busy office team. Working as part of our Business Enhancement Team you will act as the first point of contact for corporate customer invoicing and contractual enquiries and have responsibility for a range of administration duties including:

Raising and processing of purchase orders and invoices

Monitoring payment of corporate customer accounts

Contractual correspondence and liaison meetings

Maintaining accurate contract schedule records

Providing administrative support to the management team

The successful applicant will be organised and have the ability to deliver a variety of tasks simultaneously to meet the needs of the team and our customers. You will have excellent organisational skills, an attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You will need strong literacy and IT skills, with experience of MS Word and Excel. A qualification or part-qualification such as an NVQ or similar in Business Administration or Customer Services will be an advantage. You will receive a comprehensive induction training programme when you join us and on-going training to support your development.

*Subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £30,587 per annum.

Employees must have satisfactorily completed 16 weeks of their probation period before being considered for other posts within the organisation.
