We provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five year. Remaining customer focussed is key to this and we are looking for someone to help us do this.

We need someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships across the business, who will take pride in delivering a brilliant service. Someone who will take responsibility for innovation in relation to customer involvement.

But it’s not just about working in a customer services and continuous improvement environment, we’re looking for someone who can undertake investigations and case management of complaints. Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role.
