We're looking for an iTrent Payroll & Benefits Assistant for maternity cover to join our fast-paced HR Operations team.

Some of the responsibilities include troubleshooting queries around salary sacrifice, flexible benefits and employee benefits, generating bespoke reports for benefit providers, pension firms and insurers and supporting the administration of the iTrent HR system.

Our ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of DB pension schemes with any exposure to DC schemes also desirable. Knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes, flexible benefits and employee benefits and how these are translatable to a payroll, is also important, as well as experience in iTrent to create reports and to maintain accurate employee records.

Finally, you will have a ‘customer first’ approach in resolving queries on HR / Payroll matters and in dealing with benefit providers, pension firms and insurers, allowing you the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
