The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the Group Innovation and Development team. The role will include supporting the development and management of group processes, proactively seeking funding opportunities, supporting projects to become “transformational” rather than “business as usual” and record, track and measure outcomes with key learnings implemented. The role will also involve identifying opportunities that support a leaner way of working and contribute to achieving key performance indicators. This role requires someone with an appetite for learning, attention to detail and an ability to track trends that will support the future thinking of the team and enable the performance and progress of projects to be accurately reported on.
