Are you driven to make a difference to young people’s lives and want to see people succeed? Then this may be the role for you!
An exciting opportunity has arisen to expand our Success Coach team.
If you have experience of working with young people, supporting teaching, learning and assessment and supporting young people to overcome their barriers we would be interested in hearing from you. In the uncertain world ahead of us, our students need support and intervention now more than ever. The role of the Success Coach is critical in providing that.
We are looking for a team of Success Coaches to join the College to work in a range of curriculum areas to ensure students have the best possible experience. The key purpose of the role is to ensure our students meet their careers goals, through regular tracking and monitoring of their skills, knowledge, behaviours, and attitudes and support robust individual target setting. The role will also involve delivering tutorial sessions, to support the development of students’ skills and ensure they become active citizens within society.
You will be responsible for a specific caseload of students; hold regular one: ones and group tutorials and liaise with many individuals within and outside the organisation, to ensure student success.
We are looking for resilient candidates with outstanding motivational skills, who are effective in driving success amongst the students they are responsible for.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including students, staff, managers and parents. You must be educated to at least level 3 and a teaching qualification or experience of working in education would be beneficial.
