This is your opportunity to join the Miele Customer Support Team on a 3 month fixed-term contract!

You will be based in our Customer Contact Centre, providing telephone support to customers when they need help with their appliances. You will be assisting customers with a variety of queries, such as troubleshooting, booking technician visits and the sales of spare parts/accessories.

Requirements of role:
Have previous experience in working in customer service
Have experience of dealing with challenging situations
Be able to work to specific KPIs
Be able to work accurately at a pace
Deliver exceptional Customer Service
