We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team in our Warwick Head Office. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will act as an ‘ambassador’ for Tulip, ensuring business professional conduct, approach and personal presentation at all times. You we be communicating at all levels sharing information, knowledge, instructions, advice, support and understanding.
Develop a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the team, working with your colleges in other departments and functions.
Assume overall responsibility for the safety of self, whilst at work ensuring that all requirements as trained and laid down within the Company handbook, Company Health and Safety and Hygiene policies are adhered to
Support the Credit Manager, assisting with development strategies which questions current working practices with a view to continuously improve our methods
To ensure accurate processing of daily EDI transmissions and to manually input other customer orders
Take ownership of issues and flag as the arise
Ensure that all processes are carried out correctly/ to standard, first time to avoid waste
Adhere to all company Financial Policies and Processes
Provide an excellent customer service by building strong relationships at all levels of the business.
Uphold a consistency of approach of working procedures in line with all company policies, procedures and best practice.
