Role Overview

This role is part of the Investment division’s responsibility for ensuring the correct support and operational governance in adhered to. This is of increased visibility and importance with the introduction of SMCR in Dec 2019.

The primary function is providing detailed business analysis and support on ongoing updates, projects and initiatives ensuring the development of robust and scalable processes and procedures.

The role will include but not limited to the following activities:

Key Responsibilities

Investment Support Analysis

Provide detailed analysis and documentation to ensure Investments operational and monitoring objectives are achieved and scalable.

Coordinate and manage small to medium size business enhancement projects

Documenting procedures of existing processes.

Identification of Business gaps and potential improvements

Embed Investment Projects into BAU through business testing, procedures, training and communications.

Development of MI to manage SMCR responsibilities

Client Service

Compliance Training

Operational Risk

Keep aligned to future IMS and Transform end game solutions and their impact on current business as usual activities. e.g. Quarterly Valuations, Annual Tax Packs, MIFIDII Costs & Charges, RTS28 Reporting

Represent Investments on Change projects

Regulatory Responsibilities (Compliance/T&C)

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
