Background

Curo is an organisation with social purpose at its heart. We provide affordable homes that help people find security and stability and a positive future. We’re one of the largest housing associations in the South West and an expanding house builder, using our profits to create more affordable housing in our communities. Our values are at the core of how we work. We care about our colleagues and their wellbeing and recognise their sense of pride in the work they do to support our customers.

We own and manage around 13,000 properties in the south west, the majority of them in Bath. As well as rented housing, we offer support for vulnerable people with thoughtful and effective services, and work to improve our homes and estates and build new places for people to live.

What you'll be doing

We have recently established a new Change Delivery Team to take forward an exciting programme of improvements. You be able to identify and remove process waste and inefficiency; set and agree business improvement targets delivered by process re-engineering.

The ideal candidate will ensure process accountabilities are identified, and that owners agree and understand how they govern and quality assure these processes.

Not only that but you will be able to demonstrate practical deployment of Lean Manufacturing, Systems Thinking or other equivalent operations excellence models and have recent experience of both Agile and waterfall delivery practices, preferably be SAFe certified.

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

If this sounds like the role for you then we’d love to hear from you!
