We currently have a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Operations and Commercial Director, you will join two other Operations Managers to effectively manage the provision and delivery of our high quality, customer focused and profitable bus services, ensuring that the company’s business objectives, standards of customer service and operational quality are achieved. You will be involved in managing a team of supervisors, performance and training staff to ensure delivery of a reliable service to the highest standard.

The role demands expert management of the company’s resources and first-class people management skills. Ideally you should have previous experience of either managing or supervising staff, be an effective organiser and a flexible leader who can enthuse and inspire staff to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
