The ESOL department at Leeds City College has been validated a grade 1 department for the previous three years. There are high expectations of staff, students and managers. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative teacher in ESOL. The successful candidate will need experience of supporting Teachers and Learners in a classroom environment. Experience of working with second language speakers would be an advantage. Placement will be at one of our centres on Roundhay Road, LS7. Additional support of adult groups may be required over two evening sessions per week or/and a Saturday. Appropriate qualifications are required. This is a full-time position but flexible working patterns are available for those seeking term-time only; around childcare commitments for example.
