Purpose of the Role

This role is Dealer Support Unit (DSU) Team. This role involves assessing proposals submitted by motor dealerships on behalf of customers and ensuring that all required documentation is received.

The job holder will process Payouts with the support of Payout Administrators, provide great customer service to our dealer partners and focus on developing into a role as a Payout Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Servicing the proposals that we receive and updating the dealership within our agreed service level requirements.
To proactively manage risk in the department, escalating risk issues to the Senior Underwriter
Take phone calls from our dealer partners to deal with queries and issues they may have.
To attend all training sessions and proactively manage own development.
Undertake any reasonable tasks, which may be required to ensure the smooth running of the dept.
Risk & Compliance - Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
