Are you looking for work with adaptable hours? Could you support people with Learning Disabilities to live full and productive lives?

You'll be a Relief Support Worker at our Registered Care home in Ludlow, Shropshire, where we support five lovely people who have a range of learning disabilities. They enjoy gardening, listening to music, and as we begin to come out of lock-down, they're looking forward to getting out and about again, maybe even down to the local for a pint.

What does Relief work mean? You'll provide additional support as needed when our regular staff are on holiday or at other times we need an extra pair of hands. You'll be paid on an hourly basis and you are free to let us know whether or not you're available to work a certain shift. Our manager will keep in regular touch with you to let you know when work is available. It's often a great fit for social care students looking to earn some extra money while gaining valuable experience, or for anyone who can't commit to set hours but wants to make a positive difference in people's lives.

We have regular availability for day, evening and night shift work, and our regular rota covers weekends and public holidays.
