£47,000 - £52,000 per annum

Central Leeds Office

We are currently recruiting a Head of Finance Business Partnering to join our finance team based at our central office in Leeds.

The successful post-holder will use their finance expertise to lead the finance partnering and planning team to deliver strong commercial and financial performance. The role will also lead on budgeting and forecasting as well as key initiatives to further improve financial performance and understanding.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, responsible for providing regular insightful analysis and leading financial performance reviews to support the Operations team and members of the Senior Management Team to improve the overall organisations performance. The ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders is crucial to success within this role.

Other key duties include:

Support the business in controlling and ensuring the most efficient use of costs
Support the business in maximising income
Provide financial and commercial support for business decisions
Provide financial leadership across the broader finance team
