You will be helping to improve lives through

Maximising the independence of people who require support and enabling real choices in how they lead their lives
Providing housing related support such as supporting people to access their benefits entitlements; pay their rent and household bills; secure appropriate accommodation; access employment, volunteering and training opportunities.
On occasion assisting some people with personal care, administering medication and undertaking domestic chores.
Maintaining accurate records of support provided, maintaining risk assessment and support plans
