The Sheffield College is seeking an exceptional individual to help to develop its higher education provision. You will be joining the College at an exciting time as a new HE Strategy for the next five years is being put in place. The successful role holder will have a high level of understanding of Higher Education policy and practice, will have demonstrable experience in interpreting policy, working with teams, developing curriculum, and will have a deep passion for teaching excellence. If you have the energy, enthusiasm, and an ability to collaborate with colleagues at different levels, in different parts of a complex organisation, then we want to hear from you
Working with teams across the College to develop HE curriculum
Working with teams across the College to embed given Standards into HE programmes
Working across the College to enhance the HE curriculum
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified to at least degree level
Experience of Higher Education policy and processes
A demonstrable understanding of teaching excellence
The role is a cross College role and involved liaising with a range of teams to ensure higher education provision is secure in terms of standards and that the higher education student experience continues to be enhanced. The post holder will manage the HE office.
