What you'll be doing
An exciting opportunity with a role that is customer facing as well as involved with a wide range of financial elements across the business. You will learn how data enters the system, how to read and create the financial system entries and how to present this data in a sensible meaningful way to both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for entering income into our main system so that the customer data is accurate whilst learning an understanding of what happens in the background.
You will be responsible for generating, monitoring and reporting of financial performance against budget for major works chargeable to our customers. You will be expected to report how each scheduled recovery is performing and follow up actions that haven’t been completed. You will get insight into our asset delivery program at the same time as seeing how it impacts our customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring our customer balances are accurate and in line with expected future asset expenditure.
You will be expected to assist with budgeting and expenditure on our estates and deal with customer questions around these areas.

Be energetic and looking for a challenge, where most days will bring something new.
Be competent in Microsoft Excel, data manipulation and formulae.
Be able to plan and coordinate the collation of information independently whilst able to confidently challenge information provided.
Be able to get involved in the detail and provide support or improvements to increase the ease and accuracy of data.
Be able to demonstrate a level of understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.

You will be able to work flexibly based on our customers’ needs.
You’ll be based in the Maltings, Bath.
