Mole Valley Farmers is a rural retail supply business celebrating nearly 60 years of trading where our founding values remain true today. We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team.

The role will be to ensure customer account payments are correctly allocated to customers’ accounts and to make sure customers receive accurate invoices and statements.

This is a full-time permanent position where you will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, the office operational hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The opportunity would be most suited to a methodical individual with strong administrative skills coupled with a good mathematical understanding and knowledge, you will also need a good eye for detail.

This position will be based at our Exmoor House Head Office in South Molton. The successful candidate will commence employment and work from the office. We have a full set of Safety COVID-19 protocols, which you will be sent before employment commences, to ensure you understand the measures we have in place and to ensure all employees are kept safe. On the job training will be provided, that will be given from a safe social distance. With Covid-19 in mind, we have adapted our interview process accordingly and it may be that your interview will be virtual, taking place via Skype or TEAMS.
