We are looking for a part time Education Administrator to join our school's administration team.

On a day-to-day basis you will play a key role providing an administrative service to the Education and Management team. Your duties will include calendar management, typing, filing and minute taking along with the ordering of school supplies and some financial reconciliation. You will also liaise with our Staff Support, Payroll and HR Departments to ensure staff and students records are in line with our current policies and procedures.

The role is 52 weeks of the year, 17.5 hours a week (days to be agreed).

MacIntyre School is a vibrant and diverse 52 week residential/day school with superb facilities and resources for children and young people aged 10-19 who have severe learning disabilities, behaviour that challenges and communication difficulties. Many of our students are on the autism spectrum.

What we need from you

You must be an experienced Administrator able to:

Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
Be well organised and able to prioritise
Have great attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and, ideally, experience of online databases
Willingness to learn new systems
