Regenda is now recruiting a Serious Debt Officer to work with our talented Financial Inclusion team at our fantastic offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
To contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient income management service which achieves stated rates of collection, consistently improving customer satisfaction levels, maximisation of Regenda tenant’s income, sustainable tenancies and financial stability of the Regenda Group and Redwing.
The successful candidate will ensure a firm consistent approach which supports residents to maximise their income and to maximise income for the Group. The post-holder will be responsible for the management and monitoring of all rent accounts in arrears following handover from the Rent Officer and for the management and monitoring of all rent accounts in arrears with an active Court Order.
