Administrator (Sunningdale Lodge)

Location: Yeovil

Hours: 25 hours per week

Salary: £9.12 - £9.76 per hour

As the Administrator, you will work as part of the support team to assist with the running of the office.

A Finance Administrator is one of our key roles and involves:

Providing support to the Management Team in all aspects of finance and administrative tasks.
Being the primary contact for all visitors to the Home and will be comfortable interacting with service users and their families, members of staff and other professionals such as Social Workers.
Providing reception cover and telephone duties in a professional and welcoming manner.
Ensuring customer records are maintained. This will include the issuing of contracts, assisting with the setting up of direct debit payments, ensuring that the sales ledger is accurate and up to date and liaison with the Department for Work & Pensions regarding benefit levels.
Issuing invoices to customers for charges relating to their care packages, ensuring invoices are coded and supplier payments are correct.
The collection and banking of income and will follow the Company’s credit control procedures to obtain any outstanding monies.
Producing payroll information, updating records, contracts and liaising with the payroll department to deal with queries raised by staff.
Maintaining petty cash records and preparing reimbursement claims for certification by the Manager.
Maintaining accurate records around clients’ personal spending monies that are held for safekeeping.

Previous administration experience
Ability to lead, motivate and engage a team
